In association with the Yucaipa Valley Chamber of Commerce we are announcing Yucaipa's Second Annual Free Extreme Makeover.  During this difficult economic time we wanted to do something exciting for the community.  A free Extreme makeover seems like the perfect thing.  Steven Markham, DDS has teamed up with Dr. Christopher Blanton of Inland Eye Lasik, Sun Bar Tanning, Cloud Nine MediSpa, Total Body Training, Memories and Moments Photography, and THF Video Productions to perform this Extreme makeover.  We are looking for someone who needs and deserves an extreme makeover.  Please send a letter nominating yourself or a friend to yucaipadental@yahoo.com or 34675 Yucaipa Blvd. #103, Yucaipa, CA  92399.  Please include photos.  Letters will be accepted until June 25th, 2010.  This year's makeover will be revealed at the Chamber of Commerce Installation of Officers and Community Awards Banquet in December.  One nominee will be selected each year for a FREE makeover.  Good luck, we look forward to hearing from you.
